Refund and Cancelation Policies
Once the customer has purchased a coaching, and/or training session, the customer has successfully secured their spot in their selected lesson. There are NO REFUNDS after your purchase unless the lesson is canceled by Driven Mx or its owners. In the case Driven Mx cancels a lesson you will be entitled to two options. Option one, a full refund will be sent back to customers. Option two, the purchase amount will be credited towards future training. In the case the customer cancels for ANY reason the customer will not receive a refund. The customer may get another rider to fill their spot but the customer is responsible for relaying that information to Driven Mx or the replacement will not be accepted. We appreciate your business.
